We were asked by the Manna Food Bank to help with their food drive. We had an abundance of canned vegetables in the Care Pantry so we were able to help them out. I go once every two weeks to Sheri Crooke's house to pick up food for distribution. I am going this month to see Angel Food Ministries to check out that operation. I was able to find a outlet for cell phones. He told me he would pay me for the phones and whatever he couldn't use would be sent to the troops in Irag. Please bring in your old phones,(thank you in advance). There are a lot of avenues we can use to help our community and recycle is something I am checking out.
