Hello,fellow congregants;
The Care Ministry will over the next few months be involved with a lot of new things. I will be with the Excel Team for 4 days the first week of October. The 2nd Weekend in October is Pride Fest at the park. The third weekend is October 18th and the FROG Fest. We would like all volunteers to attend a meeting on September 28th after church. We have a lot to organize and can't do it without the many volunteers who give their time. We will be giving out t-shirts on the 28th to be worn on fest day to distinquish the volunteers. We are looking at another way to do the turkeys this year. Olive Baptist should be calling me shortly in regards to the Christmas shoeboxes. If you want to donate items for the yard sale, I will be at the church on Sep 22nd, Seo 24th, and Sep 26 from Noon-6.
